This tool is designed to help you understand how your daily and weekly caloric intake adds up to support your goals. By entering your weight (used as a stand-in for activity level), you’ll see your daily and weekly macronutrient targets. The emphasis is on weekly calorie balance, showing that consistency over time matters most. To make this practical and educational, the sheet provides four different ways to distribute the same weekly calories: - Linear approach (same calories every day) - 1 cheat day (one day of high caloric intake) - 2 cheat days (two days of high caloric intake) - Zig-zag approach (higher and lower days across the week) It’s not meant to be followed strictly, but rather as a learning tool to visualize how calories can be managed throughout the week while keeping weekly totals consistent.
